Experience Short Films on the Shortest Day of the Year at Bildmuseet.
In collaboration with Folkets Bio, Bildmuseet presents a special program of animated short films for this year's shortest day. Six Swedish animated short films will be screened, suitable for both adults and children ages 6 and up. You can choose to stay for the entire program or drop in and out during the screenings.

Absolutely Kid-Friendly – A trio of short films by Johan Hagelbäck
Join Ture and his dad on museum adventures where anything can happen, in three delightful short films by Johan Hagelbäck.

The Big Smuggler
Length: 10 minutes
At the Customs Museum, a valuable diamond has been stolen! Ture and his dad visit the museum and help capture a diamond smuggler.

The Panic Artist
Length: 10 minutes
A boy and his dad visit the Museum of Modern Art, reflecting on the pieces they see. When a stolen item appears, the boy becomes a hero.

The Poison Dart Frogs
Length: 9 minutes
Ture, 9, explores the desert, tropical rainforest, and colorful coral reefs at the Natural History Museum, encountering all sorts of animals. But can he escape the museum’s most toxic creature, the poison dart frog?
